the watts conservatory of music is an organization seeking to bring music classes to the children of watts. we have been honored to be part of the project team as we’ve explored several site options including a public school, a former county health building, a former residence, and a ground-up building. the school co-location proposal involved extensive negotiations with LAUSD and the division of the state architect drawing on our experience with K-12 and higher education projects in california and illinois.
